Biggie and Jay didn't really have any chemistry. You can listen to their collabs and tell it was just them trying to one up each other instead of creating something together. The story of how they made I love the dough pretty much confirmed that.

Nas and AZ actually have chemistry and work together to build something cohesive. Look at any of their collabs and you can tell that.
