No it doesn't, the concept of the song is more than 16 bars it's a long verse (Apostle's Warning would have been a better comparison because of length) that doesn't make it better than P who had legendary quotables that dudes can recite off the top of their head. His bar structure is tighter his imagery is better, his delivery matches the beat perfectly he is blunt and menacing. This is really not arguable
it's straight to the point and flat out more powerful verse.
