Not to me.

Rigamortis is probably the only example I can think of where he showed any kind propensity to keep up with somebody in Royce weight class and that's rare for him. You can say he's a better "artist" or song writer if you like but Royce has dope songs too. They are equally adept at what they are good at. Put them on a beat together though and he will wish that nikka 8/10.

Best Artist = Joe Budden...best discography by far, but will be trailing Crooked and Royce lyrically. Every song that's worth a shyt beyond dope bars is because of Joey (truth or truth, say dat den)
Best Rhymer = Crooked...bar for bar he's going to be front running the majority....he the most one dimensional out of everybody though.
Most Versatile = Royce...he's easily the most well rounded, good projects, bars, cross over appeal and ability to do different types of songs.
Most Balanced = Joell...he's gonna be middle of the pack in everything. Not as one dimensional as crooked, can hold his own with the bars, can make songs too but nowhere near as dynamic as any of them.
