This is an interesting question. Impulse says nas but basing strictly off lyricism it goes to eminem. I don't see storytelling as an attribute to being a lyricist but more so an attribute to being a rap artist. I view a dope lyricist as someone who can do any flow flawlessly and string together those coveted mutil-syllable rhyme patterns. Which em has over nas slightly. I don't throw around the phrase rap artist a lot but nas is definitely that. He has great to sometimes flawless flowing too but it's not on par with slim. But content and storytelling wise nas beats anyone
