This era has superior talent. The 80s was better FOR SFs because the pace allowed a boost in numbers. Some think no hand checking would have cats on the 80s list averaging 40 today while others think the sheer number of possessions and/or no zone would present SFs averaging 40 back then. Another thing is now a lot of the old SFs would be playing PF now.

Going with the 80's cause they seemed deeper as far as great players are concerned but the 2010's with Bron and KD aren't to be fukked with either.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Now, easily too.

Most of the guys from the 80s were strictly one way players, the modern SF is required to be a two way guy that can guard multiple positions and switch onto PFs. The 80s is full of Melo dudes who simply score.

There isn't a single guy named in the 80s list that would be making the All-defense team over LeBron, KD, Giannis, Kawhi, Butler, PG13.

Larry Bird used to kill Nique and Dr. J..two of the best athletes to ever play..I think he would do alrite.

I mean when you got Mchale and Parrish back there,

+Dr. J was already bout 30 when bird came through,
nique hadn't even been drafted when the Celtics won their first title with Bird

What do McHale and Parrish have to do with Bird cooking supreme athletes one on one? Nothing..From Nique, to Dr. J. to Worthy to Dennis Rodman...Dr. J may have been 30, but he was still good.enough to win MVP in 81 and won his only NBA title in 83...Nique's career overlapped Bird's...when Nique was winning a scoring title, Bird was winning his 3rd straight MVP...what the hell are.you talking about?? Actlng like Nique and Bird played in different eras..You were serious with that trash ass post??

But Nique was in the league when Bird won his 2nd and 3rd title and all three MVP's..He was also on the team that Bird dropped 60 on..Tell me more about how Nique and Bird werent peers..

I didnt say anything about defense..everybody knows McHale guarded the best perimeter player..What does that have to do.with Bird cooking supreme athletes on the regular?? Nothing..just a weak ass response from you..Then you tried to say Doc was washed up like he didnt win MVP and led his team to three finals in 4 years, culminating in a sweep of the mighty Lakers...but he washed u? Right...Who cares if Nique wasnt in the league when Bird got there..they were still peers whose careers overlapped..Bird did have great teams, but the team he went to as a rookie wasnt that good..He turned them around, pre McHale, Parrish and DJ..
