ehhh, i dont get into all that kinda stuff. any person that lived in a suburb around a big city will just tell you they are from that general city (within reason), cuz its easier than explaining where their bum ass outskirt is.

now if he was telling people hes from like, certain H town blocks, then itd be corny. but if a nikka asked him where he was from, and he said houston, i wouldnt trip, cuz saying stafford dont give no insight.

I mean in this lowest common denominator industry I don't see it's far fetched that the big wigs would see the potential in someone that can 'recreate' (up for dispute) hot sounds with minor differences to make massive amounts of revenue for them, and accompanied with his image (whatever that is) that appeals to his intended demographic, it send like an obvious find for someone like Kanye looking to stay relevant or labels wishing to keep any possible up and comers under their thumb.

Can't truly say honestly. I liked Travis Scott's first album, as he has really good beats, but is a very basic rapper outside of autotuning his voice. I bought Goblin and liked it, and thought it was a nice change of pace from everything else at the time. But I don't think he's ever matured, and that wave of Odd Future is dead and gone. Tyler is a more appealing Hopsin to me, and I don't care to check out any of his stuff. Domo Genesis is the only one making appealing music from that crew right now.

Tyler by far. They're pretty much opposite. I can't stand any of Travis Scott's music and I love nearly everything I've ever heard Tyler touch. tyler with frank, earl, or the Internet tends to be pretty amazing. Travis can't touch Find your wings, Okaga, CA , she, perfect. Kid is amazing if u give him a chance.

The bad part is it isn't music to listen to with ppl, Travis tends to make turn up music so we know he has the leg up on that.
