Downtown ATL slightly better . I've been up to both Reunion Tower and the Skyline Lounge at The Westin Hotel Peachtree (top of that cylinder shaped tower in ATL)

Truth be told, I can't even vote because both of them sucks.

ATL's skyline looks nice driving on 75/85 at night (or even Peachtree). But it doesn't show up as well on pictures. I think it's because it's spread out between downtown and Midtown.
