Like I ain’t know their was job scammers…..

I went through that shyt twice. (Though I figured it out)

One was for a designer at this major restaurant chain. Man….. even had this guys profile. When I felt something was too fishy….. I reached out to their HR and discovered it was BS. Had to send all the conversation for their investigation.

The other, I peeped out a little earlier when they was literally offering me the job almost after our interview. Then saw some shoe about “purchasing equipment and they’ll reimburse me”

This is what I do. I play so much with scammers that they stop calling me. One time I kept a scammer on the phone for 2 hours on a lazy Saturday afternoon just effing with him while I was laid back chillin watching TV. He was telling me I needed to wire some money to be able to get the million dollars that he was sending me.

I told him the closest western union was 30 min from me but that I was headed there to do it. Then I kept making excuses for being delayed.

He was getting exasperated like "you haven't made it there yet? "

I was like nah, there's a lot of traffic out here today, i mean, it IS the weekend

No one is too smart for these. I think I got got for my identity during the pandemic when I got layed off from my job and was looking applying everywhere. Someone must have been building a fake company with fake employees so they can get those COVID loans. Gave out all my details with scanned docs and everything thinking I'd get in but I later all sorts of red flags popped up that suggested they spoofed a known company and got me for my info and took advantage of me when I was down bad .

All it takes is for you to let your guard down just ONCE during a crisis situation

I remember I almost got got by a fake car rental service. It was hertz I had my mom looking it up somehow she called the number she seen on Google and they was offering a sweet deal if you used Amex. So I bought a pre paid smex and put 500 on it. Called the company and reserved the car but he was supposed to call back for something and never called so I googled the number seen it was fake and ran to the ATM to get the money off the card.

He would've got a "That's crazy" and hung up on. He honestly wouldn't have got that because I don't answer numbers not in my contacts.

Man they are getting smart. They used to call with a UK number so i knew it was some bullshyt and i blocked them.

Now they are using local numbers

I fukking hate picking up and hearing the same forex bullshyt pitch.

Yeah, they scan local numbers and try calling you from a number in your area

Had a chick text me the other night pretending to be my niece, I didn’t recognize the number and for a second I thought maybe my niece got a new number started talking about me retiring

Thats when I started putting shyt together then told them they had the wrong nimber. Then they started talking about being a woman in china… block, reported, deleted

Defense tale your shyt off whatsapp.. shyt is scammers head quarters

This morning, got a call I let go to VM and it’s this chick talking about getting free money for my small business employees and etc. shyt is getting too bold.
