If my sisters can "manage" their hair, then all these other Black woman can... they simply don't know how or just don't like their natural hair.
I honestly believe the reason why black women have a low marriage rate is because most nikkas are disappointed when the hats come off.

the weaves set unrealistic exceptions and European beauty standards these women can never maintain in their natural state.
Most black women

Black women have a low marriage rate because there aren't a whole lot of black men fit for marriage. Lettuce bring honest to thy table.

No your that idiot... some Black women don't know how to "manage" their natural hair and some Black women hate their natural hair. This isn't me attacking Black women. I'm sure i was told this by @KenyaDoll once, when i was trolling in those old weave threads.

The Metamorphosis (Story by Mimi Valdés)

Beyoncé lies twisted on the floor. It’s after midnight, and she’s finally back at London’s chic Sanderson Hotel ....... Her back and knees are hurting after the performance, and she thinks maybe some hard-core stretching will help. “Now move the buttock flesh over so you can be on your sit bones,” says Trevor Iszatt, a yoga teacher, as he guides her from a hamstring stretch into a half-lotus position. :shaq:that visual

They move through sun salutations and downward-facing dogs. Every time the instructor demonstrates a complicated maneuver, Beyoncé, dressed in a tank top and leggings with embroidered flowers on the seat, gives him a confused look, then assumes the position with an ease that surprises him. “You must have done this in a past life, love,” he says. “You’re quite flexible.” At the end of the hour-long session, she’s astounded by her calm state. “It’s like a self massage.” She whispers, sounding very sleep. “I needed to do that, for real.” :noah:

There’s something wrong with this picture, however. Between the strife generated by her group’s personnel changes and the reported allegation that her father and manager, Matthew Knowles, was using drugs and consorting with prostitutes, :ohhh:Beyoncé’s true personality has gotten lost in the storm. But as she prepares her yet-untitled solo debut album, due out next year, she’s looking forward to revealing more of herself as an individual. And though she’s excited, she’s also hella scared.

Among other things, not having her girls by her side means no one has her back when she can’t remember lyrics or important names in interviews. “I already know that when I get nervous, I forget and blank out completely,” she says. “That’s the advantage of being in a group—where one person is weak, the other is strong.” This is more than evident backstage before the Wembley show, when British Sony executives present the troupe with a plaque recognizing Survivor’s triple-platinum sales in the U. K. When it’s time for the girls to say a few words, Beyoncé’s face is overcome by fright.:heh: Kelly graciously give thanks, easily rattling off an extremely long list of names, while Michelle crack jokes, to the delight of label employees.

For Beyoncé, the experience is a vivid reminder that Destiny’s Child is, first and last, a partnership—even with Beyoncé’s upcoming album, Michelle’s Heart to Yours, and Kelly’s successful single with Nelly, “Dilemma.” “If nothing happens with our solo records, there’s always Destiny’s Child,” says Beyoncé. “And if something happens with our records, there’s still Destiny’s Child.”:mjlol:tell that to Michelle and Kelly

@Busted_Toes

Am I the only one who read the whole article? There's some gems in there....Beyoncé's team would never let this kind of piece be written today.

My wife wears her hair natural sometimes and sometimes she has a weave.

And let me tell you, if you not really seeing a female all the time then the natural look is better, but when you seriously dating someone or married to them then you better hope she has a weave or some sort of relaxer. Reason being, that it fukking takes forever for a woman to get those really nice looking curls in her hair if she doesnt have that mixed girl type of hair.

In order to get that kinky hair you need to wet your hair, twist or braid it up, let it dry, undo the twists/braids, then fluff it up. That shyt takes time! Then when she wakes up in the morning the side she slept on is gonna get flat. She can fluff it back up but it wont look anywhere near as good as it did when it was fresh. And you can only do that refluff shyt a couple times before you need to go through the entire process from the beginning

I was so happy when my girl had that sew in because at any point i could be like "hey, lets go here" and she would be ready in a few minutes. Now that she is back natural i can look at her head and tell if she is gonna want to go out or not.

My ex was natural for two years and she didn't like maintaining her hair. It was hard work but she loved her hair. Breh, I'm sorry but you need to focus on something other than hair. How about you focus on black men going to prison or the high school drop outs. All you do is talk about hair and black women. You're not for real progress you just wanna talk shyt and swallow spit.

define "fit" for marriage :rudy:
Not in jail, doesn't have a baby mother, has a good job, morals, and doesn't beat women. Let's not bring up the domestic violence black women face. You fukking biscuit head ass nikkas act like there are herds of successful black men in our community just looking to wife up a black woman.

Nikka, if you ask me if i want Black women to have straight hair or the hair that God gave them, i'm choosing the latter EVERY FUKKING TIME! I'm not going to support something destructive, regardless of what you think. Now let's talk about Black on Black crime :troll:
