:mjlol: no he didn't you dumbass.
"Here is a Black Woman, the MOST successful artists of the past 15 years,"

^^^^^^ that little thing in between the word WOMAN and THE MOST is called a comma:

Use one comma before to indicate the beginning of the pause and one at the end to indicate the end of the pause. 4. Do not use commas to set off essential elements of the sentence, such as clauses beginning with that (relative clauses). That clauses after nouns are always essential.

:camby:now take your little emotional ass on somewhere. and inbox your third grade teacher on facebook for failing you.

I'm trying to figure out what Eminem and Britney have to do with what he said?

You sound dumb as hell right now and reaching for the stars.

Yes Eminem and Britney were very successful and them being successful certainly doesn't negate Beyonce's success or the point he was making.

facts have no emotions and you all up in em.

the whole "it's more than album sales!" argument is bullshyt.
nobody even talks about tina turner any more, she was a legendary superstar, but she isn't seen as a legendary "artist" or musician.

there is a difference. you mad at me because I'm making an observation? stating a fact? :patrice:

Damn so apparently beyonce stole some scenes from a documentary the director was going in on Twitter.

nah. those dudes who made that documentary sold that shyt to the sundance channel

the sundance channel in return turned their doc into B-roll for sale apparently.

so nobody "stole" anything. melina matsoukas gave them a shout out on twitter though.

that video is dope as fukk. but the song is ass.

you about to start saying "I slay!" now? is that a part of the black power movement? :martin:

beyonce is about them GAYS bruh...

she even sampled a gay dude named MESSY MYA in the middle of the song...nothing pro black about this. :camby:
Is the gif throwing you off of what @MrWestGrand was saying? The song made him feel something. This ain't about any movement. If you make a song and someone feels it then the song is doing it's job. The song made him feel good, it made him feel a sense of pride. Beyonce did that and the song did that.

Beyonce did this for black women and for it to transcend to a black man (I'm guessing Mr. West) to feel the message, it means something.

Honest Question?

I know an artist has to keep their music fresh/current. But in the past few years, hasn't she become more hardcore, vulgar and sexual. It seems her music less emphasizes her voice and lyrics and lends more towards shock. It seems like every video she looks like a stripper, which is cool I guess for a song or two. It's getting to the point that she's just like everyone else. I thought she was, or should be, the trend setter.

I'm not even a Beyonce fan, but I would like her to be known as a great artist (black exellence), rather than going the Madonna shock route.

Or maybe I'm getting old.

:mindblown: It isn't false. He said Beyonce is the most successful artist in the past 15 years.

Success does not just equate to pure album sales. Those arent "facts". It's many things that define success and Beyonce has consistently done that while remaining on top for 15 years, which was his point.
