He is a twin, his father(grandfather) was a twin, my great father's brother(great uncle) had a twin. On up. Even my paternal grandmother has twins in her fam. We only have one case of triplets. I haven't had children yet so I am afraid. If it's multiple birth I am only keeping one and the rest will go to foster care or some organ harvester or something.
