Beyonce, easily. Not withstanding D.C catalog, she may have less 'hits', but has way more jams ie songs get everybody hype, and jumping, didn't necessarily chart well, if at all.
Rihanna only has a handful of these; much of her catalog is mainly pop infused w/W.I infusions. Wouldn't connect as much.
