BF4 China Rising

I know that there is a bf4 threat but I'm venting...tell me why I have had bf4 premium for 1 week and have not been able to access any of the China's Rising content? I will click on it to load and the music will just keep looping on the level screen...I have not seen any of this content..

And to make matters worse I was on the last level of the game and all of my campaign data is missing so I have to start over from the beginning yet I have weapons and so on from the campaign mode. I'm about to call this phone number the fukk the website doesn't even have my questions.

Delete it from the hard drive & re-download it.

You probably just downloaded the licenses and not the actual content. Also, its separate from the main multiplayer conquest so you have to go to the server browser most times to have access to the maps. They should have a playlist that has all the maps. I'll have to check the server browser and see if they have one.

I deleted everything from the system and online folders re downloaded it acknowledges I'm a premium subscribe and then I download cr and it installs....after that I'll go to the server to find cr content and it will click on the level like Silk Road and just stay there with the music looping.

I can't play it either here(Xbox One). It takes forever and I just end up quitting the game. Idk how it is on PS4 or PC but I feel like getting rid of my xbox and getting a pS4 instead because it's been nothing but trouble for me since launch.
