I think the one thing that really holds him back from that MJ status is he doesn't have an iconic album. What would you say his best album is, X?

He just needed better self restraint and handlers.

He would have had that if his career had stayed on track. He'll never have access to the producers and writers that he would have had access to before. A lot of people who would have worked with him will never work with him now.

I feel that's the reason he can't come up with a new sound. His last couple of albums sound so similar because he doesn't have anyone around him to give him something new.
