I agree with the concept of poly in the sense that of course, you can have romantic feelings for multiple people at the same time, even to the point some people that participate in poly are able to navigate their relationship/s and sexual lives being open about their lifestyle and way of love to their partner/s
But the reality is that many people, regardless of gender, lack the maturity, communication skills, self-esteem and emotional security to even begin to entertain a poly lifestyle. Nikkas struggle and bytch endlessly online about finding and keeping one person let alone managing two. When I see these arguments about poly lifestyle, I find people make the mistake of thinking those that participate in it aren't aware that it takes very special and specific circumstances for it to even kind of work
