This is common sense and been discussed so many times before.
Being bisexual or homosexual as a man means u in a high risk group. The MSM (men who have sex with men) social circle, well I should say fuk circle is super small. So when one gay or bi man gets infected with a disease....they can easily spread it, especially if that gay dude is the man in his fuk circle. The velocity of the spread of HIV and other STDs is high af in that community. That's why women are worried about sleeping with bi men plus it can make her insecure or some type of way if she has a man who is bi but knowing she will not fully satisfy him. At least with a womanizer she can hope he gets out of it one day whereas with bi and gay folks, ain't no getting out of that phase.
