It's important to understand what is happening here.
An authoritarian move is being made when a much more productive, goal-oriented, cost-effective and peaceful path is available, which is ending the war on drugs.

To jump straight to this move before end the war on drugs shows exactly what biden's true colors is.

Man...I know that that’s what makes those cities per capita rates lower.

They have more social stratification, more land, more people.

That’s exactly what makes it a flawed metric. Because the murders all happen in specific areas in all cities. Only certain people in certain neighborhoods are affected by this shyt. If you from a low income, dangerous neighborhood you typically don’t venture to other parts. These bigger cities have more of these areas and are more unpredictable with more gang activity. NYC and Chicago have neighborhoods with the population of small cities nikka.
