That's interesting, because Congress just passed a new immigration bill making it 8 yrs to be a citizen as opposed to 10+ years.

Democrats introduced a bill. Nothing has been passed. And it won't get passed without compromise between both parties because the bill needs 60 votes in the Senate.

There are plenty of studies that have shown Black youth are under employed at higher rates than other youth. We don't have the luxury as a group of people to turn our noses down and any available work opportunities.
