Here's a start, Biden. How about you lengthen or remove the pell grant lifetime limits so that people can finish college? School funding was one of the first things cut during the financial crisis, but this nation cares about schooling now?
"However, President Obama signed into law December 23, 2011 the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 (HR 2055), which capped the maximum lifetime eligibility for Pell Grants from nine years (18 semesters) to six years (12 semesters), prorated for attendance, effective for all students July 1, 2012, beginning with the 2012-13 award year."

Obama's pell grant limits were harsher than George Bush's. George Bush's cuts grandfathered people in that were already in school, who's educational plans were based on more generous funding. I just don't understand why people think Democrats are good, when they are just as bad, and in some cases worse than the GOP. You know how many people couldn't finish college? Oh, but the democrats care about our education. Right. And you know which group got effected the most by these cuts. Obama really was a trojan horse. We need to demand better from the people we vote for.
“On the one hand he needs to satisfy the Democratic base, but on the other hand he needs to show Republicans and Congress that he's serious about cutting the deficit,” she said. “In many ways, this budget tries to have it both ways.”

I’m happy that Biden is branching towards this initiative federally. I personally feel like these issues are better served locally, but maybe national finding spur local change.

So what does this EO do that the previous EO didn't do? Because it seems this commission/research has already been done by the Obama administration.
Let's assume this commission meets its mandate, finds out the problems and gives explicit and proscriptive solutions. How do we get them passed thru Congress so it doesn't gutting like HBCU bill or halted like the Black farmers law?

Well according to the Coli it's essential that the first thing we do is distinguish between those African American children who's parents or grandparents were Caribbean or African nationals and those who have at least four multigenerational American grandparents to make sure we limit these opportunities as much as possible. That might take a while. Maybe after this crab in a barrel royal rumble we can actually do shyt for black children.
