Although OP was bushed and received an explicit warning this thread should've just been bushed altogether since it's already been exposed as a fake propaganda tweet.
Biden did not say this yesterday on MLK. It was said way back in 2020 during his campaign trail (you can see the campaign logos) on a day that was neither MLK day either so you can't say he said it on the holiday two years ago.
This is a prime example of how Alt-Right/MAGA trolls figure out the intellectual ability (no offense) of certain coli posters (or the site in general) by posting an old chopped video snippet from two years ago and tweeting it on MLK day, and from there this is how they know which posters aren't so intellectually bright nor are fact-checkers who accept any message presented to them, due to the fact, some are still replying as if the video was recent when it was already been debunked as two years old.
