Anybody that really thought the United States government would allow an uncontrollable, untraceable currency like Bitcoin to actually be a thing is being naive and silly.

All of this was a test to see how a digital currency would work.

Basically running models using real people.

Once it’s fine tuned and ready to go, they will pull the plug on those other coins and nikkas gone be stuck holding Monopoly money they can only use to buy some digital J’s for their metaverse avatar.

I've been hearing the Feds have let crypto run for a bit but eventually, they'll pull the plug on it and try to replace it with the CDBC. It's some years away but it is in the works.

That's basically all they can do at this point is try. But it's basically too late for them to be able to pull the plug. Bitcoin ain't going anywhere as countries around the world are adopting it.
