Yes it would. People should not fall for the okey dokie. The biggest thing about crypto is that it's decentralized, a CBDC is exactly the opposite of that. I've been hearing the Feds have let crypto run for a bit but eventually, they'll pull the plug on it and try to replace it with the CDBC. It's some years away but it is in the works.
