But they didn't "get" this from the govt. They literally fought wars over what was THEIR land in the first place. The peace treaty's they signed after the wars they fought allowed them to keep their sovereignty. This isn't exactly the same as reparations and an important nuance to make.
Native Americans deserve reparations too. They had their fugging land stolen from them.

the point is they should fight their own battles to get what they are owed as we have, I don't care about them getting compensation but us being all inclusive to everyone when we need to worry about ourselves has been a longstanding problem within our community. Hell look at the amount of cats in here with a cape on for a boogeyman that doesn't exist.
