I don't even know what that means, but they need to be paid too. If you guys have never been West and seen how Native people are living then you don't understand how bad they have been treated. They don't even have running water in some places and on top of that many of them are not even from the West. Many of them are from the South, East and Midwest, but they were forced onto that shytty land out West.
