My wife does remote work and I’ve done it for a short term. Neither of us are fans :manny:

Its not for everybody:francis:. My wife loved that shyt when she was remote teaching. She would pop up like toast at the wee hours to teach from the computer, than getting up at 8am to deal with the office shyt :francis:

:patrice:This is actually getting him votes with the boomers. Dude fitting to go dikk in with this aggressive "back in my day" shyt that it would make the average republican grin like a 100K IG THOT:beli:
You mean the people who were gonna already vote for him? He is losing the base he needs to actually win though.

Whenever someone talks about needing to be back in the office, it 99% boils down to:

“I’m a lame with no personal social life to entertain myself so I need my coworkers, and/or I hate being around my spouse and kids and need to only see them 4 hours a day max after work.”

Not saying 100%, but 99% of the time.

These old boomers need to just go away, I can’t stand them. When Millenials and Gen Z run the planet, you’ll see endless social and mentality changes of many outdated things…

So basically Joe isn't running for re-election, he's taking the golden parachute, and the Democrats going to get straight washed in the midterms.

The push to return to offices seems economically driven.

If you go to midtown NYC, a lot of businesses shut down permanently. Especially restaurants.

But companies have learned that being in the office isn’t necessary. Work has gotten completed just fine from home. And not only that, people are happy with the time and money they save from commuting.

People will return to work onsite. But I think it’ll be on a part time basis. The flexibility is too important and too valuable to people.

Thing is that people work harder when WFH because they don't wanna lose the privilege. Production has gone up at my company.
