You can't just fire someone for showing up drunk, unfortunately. The minute they say did it because of a drinking problem, you get hit with all kinds of violations for firing them for a health condition, since alcoholism is a covered disease/condition.

Now, if that report that she dipped on them when they offered her rehab is true, then it's a wrap.
