I just uploaded a full movie (xvid) and streamed it using the skydrive xbox 360 app

And soon, you'll control all that with your voice and none of the xbox 360 slow loading hassle.
That is how things will work on PS4, you gotta go to and find the apps, let them load/etc.
They'll try to fix it, but they clearly are trying to "remedy" the situation.
I just don't think Microsoft just flung all these features together like that, it was part of the design process
Thats why PS4 will never be able to duplicate what XB1 will bring to the table.

A CAM in 2013 looks near DVD quality, perfect sound, better camera's used to capture.
A 720p rip is usually less than a gig up to 2g. A 1080p rip can be as low as a 1.4gb if you know where to look
I compared blu-rays I own to the rips I'm talking about and could not see a difference UP CLOSE which is what would be required to see a difference (if there is one)

Its not important right now, accounts are still free to my knowledge, and 7/8gb is more than enough space really
Plus less space would encourage posters to update there folders more often
And if more than one person is sharing, then we'll all pull our resources together via THE CLOUD
We can even organize what movies will be in each folder. So no two posters will have the same movies in there
