He was never elite. He got carried by his defense. Hes good for a like a game or two where he shows some flashes of brilliance but for the most part, hes just an over weight avg qb. I mean hes been irrelevant since his last SB loss in 2010.

I'm not a huge fan of Ben but he was definitely in the elite category at one point. And even washed Ben is better than Cutler.He was never elite. He got carried by his defense. How do you watch that debacle and your main takeaway is about Ben? That was a coaching and execution debacle by the entire Steelers team and Ben looked like he always does
Ben looked awful. His throws had no juice and he wasnt accurate

Big Ben is not Elite. He has had the pieces to disguise his average-ness. Without Brown and Bell this season he will be exposed but the media will say its because he is old or blame Tomlin or blame someone else.
