I am not a Haley fan at all but for everyone saying "get rid of him and everything will be fine" you obviously don't watch this team play. Sean Payton could be the OC of this squad and it would be the same shyt because of the line. The defense is what the biggest problem is and it's not coaching it's the personnel, the secondary has been garbage for years, the dline has been declining and DL's defensive scheme's rely on great dline play so the linebakers can get pressure and make the QB throw the ball before the routes are run fully. That made the secondary look very good while they were really garbage and now it's being seen because the draft picks are busts. People fail to realize that Aaron Smith and The Beard were the most important part of that D.

Its funny you say this, considering how much $$ your squad gave to an average QB in Flacco. Also, after this year our cap looks muuuuch better with alot of the old vets (albatrosses) getting shed from the roster- so I think you are mistaken with your analysis.

Look- Big Ben aint going no where. Why? Because the dude is no longer a top 5/top 7 QB and he is injury prone. He doesnt read defenses well and relies waaaay too much on his escapability to make plays than his arm or head...:yeshrug:

There are limited teams willing to part with something substantial enough that the Steelers would deal Ben

Breh my squad is good...in reality Flaccos deal is only 3 years and we can cut or extend him without having to push dead money into later years of our cap like your squad does every year

Ben knows, thats why he had his people put this out there....dude wants out
