Basically. I believe it was Wayne who name dropped 3Stacks first and then, predictably, everybody and their mother wants to call him the greatest rapper of all time. He's definitely dope but he's SUPER overrated and he shouldn't be in anyone's top 10 list, imo, because he doesn't even have a solo hip hop album and he drops like 3 verses a year. Like you said...you should be having great verses if you take that long to make one.
