Album is dope as shyt

Phantogram is one of those bands that took the torch from Massive Attack, Portishead, etc. with the downtempo and trip hop movement from the late 90's and early 00's. Once rap lost the majority of it's appeal to me around that time, I was able to pivot and it opened up a crazy amount of music to me.

Can't say I know much about Massive Attack or Portishead (will have to listen), but I don't know if it's that I'm older, but rap has lost some appeal to me as well. I still love certain albums and songs from artist, but I've realized there are so many great artist in other genres worth checking out.

Its aight. The more projects Big Boi does, the more I think he was the true creative force and that outkast fans don't actually like outkast music and just like Andre's look. Big Boi continues to make the albums Outkast fans say they love and he isn't scared to step out of the traditional rap element but Outkast fans leave him ass out on support.

EL-P washing everyone "Born to Shine" :whew:

I want to fast forward every El-P verse. He should just produce Killer Mike.

This is a bizzarro post.

Big Boi's kinda wack all over this with his Bojangles accent & El P sounds like ass per usual.
