I like the Uber One credit. Also including YTTV and Premium in the entertainment credits is great for me. Only really had the Disney bundle because of the credits. Overall I’m fine with it.

This is a good refresh. I feel like more people would use these credits than before.

Does the Amex platinum look at your salary as a requirement?

I be making up numbers with credit cards. Whenever I want an increase I add 50k more to my salary. I think I'm at 400k now

I had it then dropped down to the everyday, I think the grocery is 3% and gas 3% too. It wasn’t getting a lot of love at the time and I never changed it back. If I can get premium youtube benefits anywhere I’ll do a product change asap lol

Gold is free. 240 from Uber and cheesecake factory plus 100 in resy. I eat out a lot so gold is my top most used card

I’ve been using my capital one card for 2 years now and it’s by far my favorite all around card. It’s super easy to get points. I’ve accumulated at least a million points. The jfk capital one lounge at terminal 4 is wayyyyyy nicer than the Amex one and the same terminal.

Venture x. I travel a ton for work and I always book hotel and flight on their portal and it’s 10x hotel and 5x flight. Not to mention they have a cash back portal where you sometimes see ridiculous point multipliers. The other day there was an 87x for this wine thing. Spent 100 bucks and got 8700 points. Plus there’s an annual 300 credit for travel.

Reminder Brehs that the benefits can be used NOW. Meaning the quarterly credits like the $75 lululemon and $100 resy will go away at the end of this month so use them now (yes lululemon has men clothes. That shyt expensive af tho).

You also get $300 to use for Amex travel, so make sure to use all your credits before the year ends!

I mean the Gold worth it just making sure you use it every time at the grocery store and at restaurants. That’s pretty much where I eat. I unknowingly used most of my Resy credit for the next six months the other day eating out tho.
