personally i would like to move on from the boozer and deng era

but we all know that wont happen lol

best we can hope for is at least a back up scorer off the bench, a couple of 3pt shooters and a back up center.

guys like demarcus cousins are the type of disgruntled players the bulls need to be going all in for

but what we do is go after guys like kevin love, who minny basically on national tv took off the market, or we going after lamarcus aldridge someone who everybody will be going ham for and who have a whole lot more assets than we can offer

then when a player like cousins go elsewhere, dominates and becomes a 20 12 players, then the bulls will inquire about them, then the bulls fans will want them. by then its too late to even ask about them.

josh smith another guy with a multitude of skills we can nab on the low. but our front office want to question "character" instead of considering circumstances and trusting the leaders in the locker room. so we will watch josh smith go elsewhere, flat out do his thing, then we will be looking to them.

always behind the curve

I didnt know Butler can play the 2:manny:

If Rose comes back like MVP Rose and yall stop being little bytches (yall front office) and actually take a risk again like yall did with Rodman, I see no one stopping the Bulls from getting to the NBA Finals.

Thibs would shape Boogie up quick, Noah/Deng/Rose providing that leadership, Butler locking down everybody on the wings:mynikka:

different administration back then. krause knew how to build a team. and for whatever reason when krause called teams didnt hang up the damn phone on him the way gar forman and john paxson have them hung up on them.

jimmy still needs to develop his outside shot, but he was only in his 2nd season. he can get to a 40% 3pt shooter imo cause he has the form.

personally i would like to keep jimmy at the 3 and flip deng for tyreke and the 7th pick, but again our front office aint bout that type of life.

a lot of whats said about cousins now, was said about noah before thibs came. i remember the team suspending noah for clashing with ben wallace or some shyt like that. thibs knows how to get to his players but keep they respect. thibs would have cousins out here beasting.

unfortunately our front office are not those type of visionaries. so they about to waste they time trying to grab somebody in 2014 meanwhile watching deng hold them hostage.

Not like they could anyway. Tyreke's an RFA.

The difference between Noah and Cousins is that Noah became a problem when he got to Chicago. He didn't have these issues anywhere else except for him having weed in Gainesville (and that was right after he declared I believe). Cousins' rep precedes him and dates back to high school.

Kobe went to 3 NBA Finals and won 2 of them when Bynum was our starting Center.

If John Wall could keep Boogie in check in Lexington, why couldn't Kobe?

Calipari kept him in check, not Wall. What happens when Kobe retires in a year or two and your stuck with a complete headcase with a max contract?

Cousins is the type of player that can make a GM look like genius for trading for him or end up costing him his job. If a team with a veteran coach and veteran players could trade for him I would take the chance. If Miami could trade Bosh for him I would do that in a second. Cause I know with Pat in his ear he gonna behave and he's guaranteed 18 and 11 every night. Him on the Bulls would be good too and I would love to see it happen. But as long as he produces someone will pay him the max. If the Kings don't do it another team out there will. If Hibbert and Eric Gordon got the max then he will too cause his ceiling his higher than theirs I believe. The only thing holding him back from being the best big in the league his is attitude and his shot selection. He tightens those up and he's a 25 and 12 player year in and year out by the time he hits 25.

real talk
if i was the cavs -
overall #1 pick for cousins

kyrie & cousin - potential would be something special

Only problem is that they'd have to pay Cousins a max deal, and if the Cavs are really tryna set themselves up to one day go after LeBron again (or someone else), Cousins along with the deal Kyrie will get the year after (Tristan Thompson as well), it may limit their options a bit.

Sacramento wouldn't make that move because they simply haven't looked at any of the players the Cavs have looked at other than Bennett.

Your earlier trade makes no sense because you're banking on the Kings rather paying Lopez than pay Cousins which might not be true.

:dahell:

then what
leave for the lakers when his contract is up

Vucci just finished the 2nd year of his rookie deal along with the 2nd overall pick of a contract that hasn't started yet. Nice try.

The Cavs would be smart if they offered the #1 pick for cuz. Lebron ain't going back to Cleveland after what the owner tried to pulled.
