You really don't want that belt, you immediately lose more than when you were built up to get it.
Sad they have diminished those titles so much.
Rehab these belts by
A) Merging them
B)They need to just defend them a lot more, especially on TV shows and have long matches to showcase them.
C) when a top guy isn't in the main event picture (Cena, Orton, Bryan) they should be holding those belts for longer stretches and putting over mid-card guys after long feuds.
