Again, KRIT takes the most risks musically than anyone out and he's improved a lot as a rapper. Another solid outing for one of hip-hops most prolific artists. It actually has kind of a more West Coast feel than straight south feel.

Probably why I can't take stop listening :mjcry:

Still pissed that Def Jam won't give this guy the time of day. Ross needs to recruit him now.
Unless you want Def Jam to front 6 figures on sample clearances there's only so much they or any major can really do for him. It's not as if they're not letting him put out music. It's not as if he's not putting out the stuff he wants to put out. If anything Def Jam leaves him to his own devices which is why we haven't seen forced collabos.

Anyway this tape is fire, but goddamn at some of you guys' reactions to this tape. He really is the Ridin Dirty-less Chamillionaire.

They both got slobbed on incessantly. 10 years ago it was Koopa getting these "he touched the bottom of my p*ssyhole with this song" comments. Many of those fans moved onto artists like KRIT (that's not a knock at all, but KRIT is definitely in that "you can do no wrong even though not everything you've done is right" space Koopa was in all the way up to Ultimate Victory)

Ultimate victory? nikka his first album was wack. I liked his mixtapes but saw he couldn't make songs. Krit can make songs. Cham never made anything thought provoking or deep. We liked that a southern nikka was spittin. At some point we need songs though. Krit matches up with any new nikka songwise.
