Yes many play OA, just as many play offline (an amount you greatly underestimate). And the great majority on operation sports play offline (why else do you think the roster and sliders subforums get so much activity?), so what did you expect the reaction on OS to be?

I just don't know why you were crying about them not fixing "real issues". Association had been left for dead 6 years in a row before this announcement, and finally we offline players got some major fixes. What's the problem?

I asked the question of who is the core audience they are catering to since 2k said in the release that the core audience would be happy with this game. We have been trying to get them to fix OA's for 3 fukking years... and on OS there have been forums set up so we were supposed to communicate the issues to the staff and then when they would do something it would fukk up 15 other things. So then they just said fukk it the last 3 years and ignored us. I don't underestimate the majority play offline... I was 12 once too... But I want something competitive and since my friends and I live in different states across the country OA's are our only option to play against each other and build our teams. No trolling at all.. just stating my opinion which is what was asked at the beginning of the thread when they asked for our opinions...

They brought back a mode that was taken away exclusive only to last gen consoles and now they're bringing association mode back?

I don't know why people criticize 2k for not having all the features of last gen during the first year of a truly next gen game. There is a reason most launch games during a new console cycle are ports. There isn't enough time to create a whole new game in less than 12 months. I give 2k props from not doing us like Madden did and created a whole new game last year.

Now they're putting back in all the old stuff we liked that they didn't have time for. I'm a happy camper again. If they woulda half-assed it this year then maybe criticism would be warranted. But if 2k15 has everything we loved about the 2k series on last gen with the all new graphics and better gameplay, I would say they did a great job.

have you ever played association mode in any 2k game? it's NEVER EVER EVER been this deep and customizeable....that's why it's a big fukkin deal....

you quick to run in the thread thinking you were gonna enlighten nikkas or something.....what 2k just did is what nikkas who play offline have been asking for years.....and when i say years i mean YEARS....

this is changing the game with offline career/league/assoication modes

exactly. this nerds who only play unrealistic games online needs to shut up. this mode is pretty much the dream mode that real 2k fans have always dreamed about.

online gamers. offline play is what its all about.

Don't listen to the reviews breh, wait like 2 weeks for nikkas on here to play the game nd expose all the glitches n bugs.
I fell for it last year every review was 9/10 for the next gen version praising the Grafics gameplay n everything when the game was in reality an unfinished mess which it still is

I personally would take that "unfinished mess" with the best graphics we've ever seen in a game at that time over a fukkin port (which is what EA did with Madden and Fifa).

the second year of a new console gen is always when we see the true fruits of the labor. last year was the appetizer. this year is the main course. I for one am excited.

I remember growing up playing Madden and this one dude who sucked at all videogames LOVED playing it vs the CPU
He would ut it on easy, then win the game like 80-0 and I guess that made him feel accomplished
Same shyt going on now with these dudes

no. we just don't like playing against dudes who exploit the glitches in the game and play all fake and shyt. I like to play a SIM style of ball that is reflective of what you see in real life. games right now aren't at that level of realism when its human vs. human. so i play against the CPU and craft the sliders to give me the most realistic experience.

you losers can continue playing against dudes online who throw every down on madden or run up and down the court all day with lebron or kobe taking every shot. this is what happens online and i personally don't like it.

i see what you saying, but i've been in leagues of online dudes who play the game sim. and to me human vs human sim ball is the dopest experience. for the longest i never played against randoms, just cats i knew who played sim style. but 2k14 ext gen, connectivity was shyt, and a league shyt was fukked up. i aint mad at association dudes, i'm glad they got some dope shyt, i just want these fukkin 2k devs to hook some online shyt up also

offline gaming is hustling backwards, period. have dudes thinking they're getting something new, duping the hell out of us, then the shut the servers down for previous editions

2k15 is not copped this year, wont have time to deal with their crap along with EA's (NHL/FIFA)

During PS2 days me and 3 of my friends had our own system for madden... We would pull out of a hat for AFC and NFC 2 in each conference and then you would pull out of the hat for North South East and West for both conferences and then the kicker was the other 3 people got to pick your team for you. So we made it competitive as fukk! We would pass the memory card off at work and then that person would drive to someones house during lunch break and play their game and pass the card off to the next person.. we had motherfukkers driving in blizzards and ice storms to our place to play their games. We would draft people that were 4th round talent in the first round because they had a chance to be 99 speed. I miss those days...
