i don't think he's the best of the last 2 years, but he has definitely gone from overrated to underrated during that time. the best thing to happen to him was drake stealing his flow and him having to switch it up. dude is on par with all of the top guys from his generation easily. his album last year was top 3 in hip hop too.

i used to criticize the shyt out of him too and consider him nothing more than a rapper who had some dope mixtapes.

Maybe this is why you don't see a legion of stans for Sean like you would see for Kendrick, Drake and Cole. I think he could develop a sound, though. Him and Key Wane have great chemistry, so they could carve something out for the next album. I think there was a bit of that on DSP though.
