Metaphors. Story telling. Cadence. Charisma. Visualizations. Punchlines. ...production?

Cole can rap. For sure. I'm not saying he can't...but the guy just isn't as gifted as he's made out to be. He's just one big "meh"

I understand people hold big sean's physical stature against him, but that doesn't take away from his talent on the mic.

mind you, i've been listening to dude since he was doing free shows with Mike Posner.

Sean can rap. Very well.

I just don't think this album did it for him.

:obama: Exactly

Cole is an amatuer when it comes to Cadence, Charisma and mic presence

And alot of ppl may not notice but Sean has been being really creative with his flow as of late(Recent examples being his ALl me verse and his Control verse)

I been bumping Sean for a second but no he not and was never better than cole. Other than punch lines and maybe charisma but I still prefer cole in that aspect because his music is not meant to be as charismatic as Sean for his music. And how u gone even dare put production when cole actually does his own production and I think that shows how bias u are I'm this convo

Who cares about Cole's production if his production isn't up to par?

simply doing your own songs doesn't mean the songs themselves are good.

Haven't listened to the joint, will get it in rotation for the gym tomorrow, hoping it's dope.

All the talk seems to be about the beats and the Nas verse. I haven't heard anyone quote anything he's spitting, yet they keep talking about how he's so dope as a rapper.

Is there a verse on here that make you go :gladbron:??

This is the definition of an average album. It's mashed together with weird rhyme schemes on the first half of the album with some nice tracks with purpose on the end of the album. Need a second listen but this is no Hall of Fame quality album by any means.

Bruh cole makes better music, albums and mixtapes than Sean and is a better rapper. Sean cool tho

AOTY so far  all you have to do i check the albums reviews. The only nikkas hating on this are nikkas who hated Sean to begin with. I would be mad too if I was some of you nikkas :pachaha:

And outside of fews bangers every song is personal.
