I honestly had Sean capped as a C tier artist....but he took a massive step forward from his first album. he stepped up his songmaking in general. production was just he spittin that real shyt from the very first fukkin song

I'm with you on this. I see nothing special about the album. I really really wanted it to be classic people were hyping it up to be. But...I'm just underwhelmed.

Intro/Outro are really dope & introspective.

Outside of 10 to 10 & Mona Lisa, album was a very solid 8/10 for me. He got a lot better overall since his FF mixtape series.

He should definitely release You Don't Know as the next single, my friends loving the Ellie hook.

Soild effort by Big Sean, Much better than Finally Famous and he didn't just rely on features to carry the CD. Still didn't have any songs or moments where I was like

That MILF song is pretty cool though...

I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5

But Juicy J dropped the day after I got this and kind of moved this out of rotation at least for the moment....

Like I said, Nothing for Sean to be ashamed of on this CD, Much better than Wale's CD to me but I still think Born Sinner is better than this...
