I really thought Sean was approaching Cole at least, shyt this is even lower than his debut number.

The problem with him is that he's having problems catching people who believe in him religiously, like Cole, Kendrick, Drake or older artists like Jay and Nas.
These are people who can move acceptable records without a single even, cause they've got a solid ass fan base. Big Sean strives of singles, promo and shyt like that.

You've got to find a niche that makes you "special", people think J. Cole is special cause they can relate to him. They thought Jeezy was special cause he was super real, they think Kendrick is special cause he's real like Cole and even a better MC, they think Lupe is some genius (even if he ain't) and on.
While Sean has no "uniqueness" at all, he's JUST good at rapping and making hits, which will have you doing aight but won't take you to the top.

He had some good momentum coming off "Cruel Summer" and the Detroit mixtape, which won a lot of his detractors over, but his buzz evaporated when he didn't put out any music.

And they really picked a shytty single. That "Beware" shyt is fukkin terrible.
