:pachaha: y'all acting like the album just going to stop selling after this week. Hit records=Album sales in Sean's case. "Beware" blew up late (48 on Billboard now) Def Jam fukked up on the promo. A lot of people didn't even know his album came out this week. Y'all said the same thing about FF.

Number 48 is "blowing up" :heh:

I mean realistically I would say Sean has to move at least 400k total units...if he comes in at anything less than 80k...I don't see that every hapepning...

to me...Sierra Leone is the only other track he could possibly put on radio as a hit...

Dude about to get his Chris Henry on...

Beware has only been on the Billboard 100 chart for only 4 week. Went from 98, 79, 59 to 48 this week. That's what I mean by blowing up. "Ashley" is probably going to be the next single. Song has been getting a good response so far. Females are loving that record.

nikkas think Def Jam is going to drop Sean if he's still making hit records :pachaha: That's really were the money is at.

It's not happening, no way. Nas that sold almost twice what Sean is about to do (149 K or something) tailored off at around 350K. Wale also did around 160 K and I think he's just over 300K now, and he will probably tailor off at around 350K as well at best. Sean will be lucky to sniff 250K total.

:comeon: Beware is not a "Hit" song bruh....

At least not in the way that "Power Trip" was for Cole or "Bad" was for Wale

And more importantly than that, people aren't buzzing about the album or telling other people they need to go cop that. More people are talkin about "Stay Trippy" than they are HOF

I can only assume it was a sampling issue or something legal, but he dropped the ball by not having "Control" on the album as well. Here you have the most talked about song in Hip Hop so far this year and you don't put it on the album?

It just seemed like the timing wasn't right for him to drop his album, he really needed this one to be good because now he startin to seem kinda like a Fabolous type rapper where he does his thing on features and mixtapes but his albums are disappointing

hes still gonna cake off shows

EDIT: And :snoop: at not letting Control get more burn and not adding it to the album. It's saying a lot when the label doesnt even wanna pay to clear the shyt
