@SuburbanPimp He dropped the ball twice

Before all his interviewers would ask about some Eminem collab he couldn't get on his album

Now they all ask about a Kendrick verse he couldn't get on his album

:comeon: Beware is not a "Hit" song bruh....

At least not in the way that "Power Trip" was for Cole or "Bad" was for Wale

And more importantly than that, people aren't buzzing about the album or telling other people they need to go cop that. More people are talkin about "Stay Trippy" than they are HOF

I can only assume it was a sampling issue or something legal, but he dropped the ball by not having "Control" on the album as well. Here you have the most talked about song in Hip Hop so far this year and you don't put it on the album?

It just seemed like the timing wasn't right for him to drop his album, he really needed this one to be good because now he startin to seem kinda like a Fabolous type rapper where he does his thing on features and mixtapes but his albums are disappointing

Power Trip and Bad were out 4+ months before their albums dropped. Beware came out in late June and didn't start to blow up until earlier this month. Crazy part is that Sean actually made a introspective and personal album this time around. I want to see how the sales are going to do this next 2 months. The album has been getting better reviews than what Finally Famous got.

Beware has only been on the Billboard 100 chart for only 4 week. Went from 98, 79, 59 to 48 this week. That's what I mean by blowing up. "Ashley" is probably going to be the next single. Song has been getting a good response so far. Females are loving that record.

nikkas think Def Jam is going to drop Sean if he's still making hit records :pachaha: That's really were the money is at.

And how is Def Jam making money off of hit records? :dwillhuh: Def Jam probably had to pay the station for them to play the big sean song in the first place :lolbron:

Dude about to become a tax write-off...

And I think Sean is okay...but I never ever thought he was going to be more than a c list rapper...his voice is to annoying...everything he does seems forced...and any lane he tries to jump in there is somebody trying to do the music he is doing better than him...

They make money off the Itunes sales of the single. It's the 30th overall song on the Itunes charts.

Beware is not a hit.. I have only heard it once on the radio. Never heard it at a club. Song is not even that good. Unmemorable chorus. Wayne sleepwalked thru his verse. shyt is garbage.
