Power Trip and Bad were out 4+ months before their albums dropped. Beware came out in late June and didn't start to blow up until earlier this month. Crazy part is that Sean actually made a introspective and personal album this time around. I want to see how the sales are going to do this next 2 months. The album has been getting better reviews than what Finally Famous got.

That album was not personal and introspective

:pachaha: y'all acting like the album just going to stop selling after this week. Hit records=Album sales in Sean's case. "Beware" blew up late (48 on Billboard now) Def Jam fukked up on the promo. A lot of people didn't even know his album came out this week. Y'all said the same thing about FF.
The album's roll out/promo has actually been pretty well done. Great press run, release party shows, MTV documentary, The Source cover, new Adidas shoe, a Q&A with iTunes on Twitter for a trending topic.

But they could've had Mona Lisa, MILF, and Ashley as singles. I think those all would've done better than what he's used already

A lot of people didn't even know his album came out this week.
Because we been too busy talking about somebody else's verse on one of HIS songs. :russ:

That he couldn't even get on his album :wow:

This nikka kendrick made sure Sean's core fans didn't even know his album was coming out this week :dwillhuh:

Sean put out a song where Kendrick calls him a new nikka, tells him he's gonna make his fans forget about him, then does the shyt two weeks later :ohhh:

:damn:

Nothing Can Stop You, Ashley, World Ablaze, All Figured Out, and even First Chain, are all introspective songs. That's about a third of the album :manny:

5 songs outta 18 don't make an album introspective. I seen an interview of Sean tryna explain how milf was introspective had me like :wtf:
