I’m a USC fan

Last time I checked Michigan and Ohio State was the only legit big ten schools for years years and years

Penn State is like the Minnesota Twins… they have good seasons because they beat on average to below average schools and when big games come up they flop

Wisconsin hasn’t been legit since they great coach left years ago

USC, Oregon and Washington is much needed competition because Michigan and Ohio State just be eating lovely every year

LSU, Florida, and Texas A&M all lost, South Carolina barely escaped what would have been a humiliating loss against Old Dominion, most of the rest of the conference played cupcakes....but watch when the playoffs roll around and SEC is arguing why they deserve to have 5 teams in it who will probably have a combined 2 quality OOC wins between them.

Never been a rah-rah go conference type of guy, as of this week, the B1G looks better. Teams will look a lot different (for better or for worse) as the season progresses, and until the B1G and SEC teams start to match up in the playoffs, most of this is moot.

Wisconsin, MSU, Mich and Oregon all looked pretty mid, to outright not-good in week 1, OSU played akron, so we need to look at the B1G and SEC teams that actually played quality opponents. LSU vs. USC (B1G looked better), A&M vs. ND (A&M looked like shyt), Minny vs. UNC (Minny choked), PSU vs. WVA (ehhh it's PSU, so I'm hesitant to give them much credit)
