i'm gonna retract my previous statements. this album is a grower.. once you realize what he's was going for its a really good and catchy album. But i can see how must people could be turned off first listen like i was.

It really comes down to how much you like the featured artists. If you dont mess with the new Electro-funk and beat-driven Indie music Little Dragon and Phantogram are doing, theres a good chance youll hate this
For example, Im not a huge fan of the surf-rock sound Wavves has, so I usually skip that track
If youve avoided the massive "Alt Music 2012" thread in Left Field, youll prolly hate this right off the bat
Big stepped outta the box, and I wouldnt consider 80% of this stuff to be overly "commercial" either, like Lasers or Recovery

Some beats to songs just sound like top 40 songs and at times Big sounds like a guest on his own album
Big can rap but he just needs some great beats to rhyme over
