“I heard Puff on the radio, I’m back in NY again…”

Boot Camp Click were going at Biggie and Bad Boy at one point. They even threw (a stand in version of) them off the stage in one of their videos. I can’t remember which video it was at the movement.

Besides that, a lot of East Coast MCs didn’t fukk with Bed Boy.

It wasn't all of Boot Camp. It was OGC, and Rock got involved by being in the video (No Fear).

They were salty at Biggie for biting Top Dog's hook from "Da Storm" at a show Biggie saw them at and gave them props for, then turned around and used their hook on the Get Money remix.

In a weird twist of coincidence that I only learned about recently, the night Pac got shot at Quad going to see Biggie, Biggie was actually recording that song. The same song that caused the rift between some of the members of BCC and Biggie and ignited the rift between Pac and Biggie.

But again, it was just a chance coincidence all this shyt happened. Pac getting shot had nothing to do with Fab 5 beefin with Biggie on some hip-hop shyt, and Pac didn't reach out to them over it cuz he never knew anything about it.

I never heard this "traitor" talk until recently. That shyt was hardly some major narrative back then.

First of all, it wasn't even the entire BCC recording with Pac. The only members that ever even met him were Buckshot and Smif N Wessun. The rest of the crew got cool with The Outlawz after Pac was long gone, and they're from New Jeruz anyway.

BCC didn't start to wane in popularity around the tri-state/East Coast until they dropped that major disappointment group album.. It wasn't no damn Pac affiliation that turned heads off from their music.

And how could they be looked at as traitors when most people didn't even know they had recorded songs with Pac until the One Nation tracks leaked? First time any of those collabos were heard wasn't until damn near a year after Biggie got killed.

This is revisionist history. I owned and read everything BCC related back then, and I saw how much love they got firsthand when I visited Brooklyn back in '98.

Breh I know these nikkas and I NEVER heard that traitor shyt till today :what:

Being a west coast dude and at that time

I always look at some New York Rappers like:what::mjtf: u abandoning Biggie and bad boy and riding with Pac and doing songs with this nikka

Then I came cross a New York dude and he was like many nikkas had they own issues with Biggie and Bad Boy but at the same time they wasn’t choosing sides they was choosing to get paid and get their name out here
Forget the fact people did not like Diddy plus PAC was good friends with buckshot
