Biggest Gimmick Mistake?

What gimmick do you think was given to the wrong person? who had it and who, if given to could have made that gimmick work?

heres a hypothetical,
lets say you think that gangrel shouldnt of had the vampire gimmick. well who could make it work?

But off the top of my head, I will say Nick Dismore should NEVER been given the gimmick of a retard.'

That shyt was sad as fukk.... such a TALENTED wrestler and Vince and co for fukkERY decided to fukk that dude. So much for the "bu bu bu but once you go to the E you're a BIG STAR" cuz its not like this dude had a career afterwards and I bet he aint sitting on millions. They screwed him.

Fandango...... that dude will never even contend for the Tag Title, yet alone the US or IC belts

Not sure if this counts and I know this is reference #525,600 for this guy on the internet but the whole Undertaker getting attacked by goons angle involving Muhammad Hassan completely contradicted the central purpose of his character which was that he wasn't perpetuating negative stereotypes about Arabs.

Also the Kizarny gimmick should have been given to NO ONE. It was up there with the Bastion Booger, Man Mountain Rock, and all of the other awful gimmicks.

Not a big deal but i always thought it was funny the booked Tyler Reks as some cheap surfer dude...He was bigger than half the roster and booked like a straight chump...i think it was that burning hammer that really did him in though.
