Monster Hunter was the only thing keeping the PSP alive and Sony just pissed it away. Like damn, Nintendo already got Yokai Watch and Pokemon how you let them get that too
Over all the single biggest mistake is DLC, seconded by Preorder bonuses.

It pretty much killed Sony's handheld market. It left Sony without any of the IPs that move hardware in the land of the handheld.
Meanwhile Nintendo is the home of Monster Hunter, YoKai, Pokemon, Animal Crossing, Shin Megami Tensei, and Dragon Quest.

Sega Saturn hands down...it sealed the companies fate.
Imagine if these jerks woulda been reasonable and dropped it a month after E3 and not that DAY. Or if they woulda had good launch titles with it...Sega couldn't even recoup with Dreamcast which was a LORDbody platform with some of the best third party exclusives of that gen.
Virtual Boy and its seizure inducing scree coupled with well...nah fukk that it sucked and 3 months into having it I was having serious eye issues and my mom made me stop playing it.

Crash 1-3 was arguably the GOAT 3d platformers ever.
But even they came back, Naughty Dog ain't probably gonna make em.

So basically everything Sega did after Genesis Is at the top of the list. Even dreamcast which is one of the best systems ever, they even screwed up on that too
