Biggest Pretenders So Far?

It's easily the Eagles.....anyone who disagrees hasn't watched the games.

I can easily see this team missing the playoffs.

Turnovers and special teams points are lucky and random......and they seem to be on the right side of them right now.

the offense and defense really aren't particularly playing well.

Texans have no QB and while that seems like a generic argument that's going to fukk them up.
Steelers are trash and them being 3-2 right now is completely irrelevant.

I don't think the Cardinals are pretenders.They've beat some tough teams.

Honestly, they're a decent QB away from being a SB contender.

That being said, I think they're about to plummet.No other team is more ravaged by injuries.They're down to 2nd & 3rd string guys on both sides of the ball


When I say their whole defense is injured, it's not hyperbole, their WHOLE defense is injured right now.Only 2 healthy starters on the entire D--Free Safety Rashaad Johnson & NT Dan Williams.

The Broncos game was misleading.I actually thought the Cardinals outplayed the donkeys in the 1st half, but they dropped two TD passes.It looked like a blowout, but it was a 24-20 game going into the 4th.By that point, they had to depend on a 3rd string rookie QB to win the game.Not only that, players started dropping like flies on defense.The D lost 5 starters in the 4th Q alone.


Cowboys got it good right now.I believe they play the Cardinals in a couple of weeks.Should be a blow out in Dallas.Seems like the stars are aligning for y'all this year.

I know the Cardinals have some key injuries on defense I just dont see any team as a legitimate contender without that QB play. They'll win some games this year, and will likely end up on the outside looking in again wishing they were in another division. I dont think the Cowboys blow them out, AZ/Dal games are usually pretty close

If Drew Stanton is healthy, i think the offense will be able to give Dallas some problems.

I think that Dallas O line/run game is going to eat the Cardinals lunch, tho.The whole LB corps is wiped out, and low key, they lost their best run stopper on Sunday(Matt Shaughnessy).

If the Cardinals have to start Logan Thomas, Dallas will score 40+

I know the Chargers are 4-1 but we've played the Jets,Jags,Bills. Not exactly high caliber team. We're not pretenders in that we're a bad team just I feel like how good we are is sort of overstated.

I'll give you the Jaguars and maybe one of the Redskins and Giants games, but there's no way you can automatically write off the Bears when the game is in Chicago and they absolutely took it to the Cowboys last season with McCown at QB. I'm willing to bet the Cowboys split with the Giants, possibly the Redskins. The hardest part of the Cowboys schedule is coming up, we will see if they're for real or not. I'm definitely not sold on them yet
