The jay vs fat joe thing happened during the blackout so that's going to be very tough to find a recording of that...there are snippets of 50 kicking game out on youtube but not the entire thing I believe. The thing with Biggie is Hot 97 LOVED HIM in the mid 90s (see Flex crying on youtube for proof), I don't think there has been an artist that has come close before or since that Hot 97 loved more than Biggie, even more than KRS, Jay, Nas, 50 etc. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with Biggie bringing NY back and the connection he had with Hot 97 dj's.
